Functions:
This equipment is professional device for orientation when processing crystal bar side surface, it is a matching device for after cut head or latter procedure of ex-circle barreling tool, operator can put ex-circle barreling tool and rubbed crystal bar on this angular instrument for X, Y axis orientation purpose, then rub the reference surface on plane grinding machine. Because its orientation angle is fixed, customer can select different crystal angle according to crystal material, for example: Angle of sapphire Csurface; silicon, gallium arsenide arsenide, germanium(111, 110) and others.(User can select crystal orientation angle when purchasing)
Features:
One of advantages for this instrument is high measuring accuracy. Orientation of one set instrument can satisfied with multiple sets of units’ plane grinder using. For standard configuration will including each of 2,4inch clamp. ( User can select clamp dimension when purchasing)
Methods:
Put the crystal bar which rubbed by barreling tool in surface of clamp, then put it on working table, slowly move the orientation head down until touch the crystal bar, open radiation optical shutter to measure its crystal orientation, then slowly rotates crystal bar to do X,Y axis adjustment, repeat for several times to find max angle value; then clamp tightly, put whole clamp on plane grinding machine to rub crystal bar side surface.
